An additional fee of £50 for the cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay is payable at the same time as the balance of your holiday.

When booking a non refundable holding deposit is required for £60 per week with the balance of the holiday payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€100, in cash is required at the start of the rental, payable locally, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
