A modern two bedroom penthouse apartment in a popular residential area on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, Spain. This Torrevieja apartment is available for holiday rentals and long term rentals. The beautifully furnished holiday home near Torrevieja has two bedrooms to sleep four people comfortably, there is also a sofa bed allowing up to 6 people to stay in the self catering apartment.
This 2 bedroom top floor holiday apartment is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos; just 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja. Torrevieja is located on the Costa Blanca, Spain, in between Alicante and Murcia Airports, only about 45 minutes drive from either (transfers can be arranged).
The apartment itself is 20 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and within 15 minutes walk of bars and restaurants. Although the property is walking distance to local amenities car hire is recommended.
The southerly facing apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold). A staircase takes you to the property with a gate door onto the balcony area which has a table and 4 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. From the balcony you have a lovely view of the sea and the communal swimming pool and gardens. Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with views of the sea, 2 seater sofa, wooden coffee table, wall unit, dining table and 4 dining chairs.
For entertainment you have a Television, DVD player and stereo. Through the archway is the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven and hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery. Through the door at the rear of the kitchen you have the washing machine and hot water heater. The main bedroom with air conditioning has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, 2 lamps and fitted wardrobe with hangers. The second bedroom with air conditioning has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, lamp and fitted wardrobe with hangers. The large bathroom has a mirror, toilet, bidet and bath with shower over. The private roof solarium, with sea view has 2 sunloungers, 4 chairs and a drinks table. Parking is available in the street to the side of the property or in the underground car park. There is a communal pool, which you can clearly see from the balcony.
Additional items in the property include: air conditioning (hot and cold), safe, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer. The property is cleaned on your departure however a mid stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. Bed linen and 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person are provided. Beach/pool towels can be provided if required. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and golfers. Due to the stairs leading up to the property and roof solarium it is not wheelchair friendly or suitable for people who find using stairs difficult. Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted on the roof solarium only.
